Access Control
Site access is controlled by perimeter fencing and specified points of entrances and exits. Routine inspections of the perimeter fencing are performed by WM employees. All entrance/exit locations are equipped with locking gates. Waste is delivered to the site only through the main gate located near the northeast corner of the facility.
The facilities scale house is located at the main entrance. Scale house personnel monitor incoming traffic during business hours. Surveillance cameras equipped with a video recorder monitor the entrance when the facility is closed. Security officers are also utilized to monitor the site. Gates are closed and locked during non-operational hours.
