WMSALSA Public Charity
In 2005 WM recognized the need to strengthen its' community support efforts. As a result WMSALSA, Inc. was formed to serve as the central entity to manage the company's Annual Scholarship Program and associated events like the Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament and the Annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon.
WMSALSA (Waste Management of San Antonio Lending Support and Assistance) is recognized by the I.R.S. as a 501 (c ) (3) non-profit public charity. All donations, contributions and sponsorships made through WMSALSA are tax deductible.
